When You’re Not In The Mood

Some days, you just don’t feel like it.

Maybe it’s the gym, maybe it’s class, maybe it’s work, maybe it’s writing. They say that the hard part is starting, but what few tell you is that maintaining is equally as hard.

So whenever you feel lazy, without motivation, without desire to continue with whatever you need to do, let me give you (and me) a few words to help you push through your block:

Doing something is better than nothing.

Showing up is better than never coming.

You can’t deliver your best work everyday. You can’t be at 100 percent motivation every single day.

But putting out bad work is always better than not putting out anything at all.

Who knows? Sometimes what you think is horrible and unmotivated can touch more people than you think.

This is Day 7 of my 100 Words a Day project.
